Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Tax Policy:

Free shipping is only available to U.S. addresses within the continental U.S. (the lower 48). Additional shipping charges will apply to all orders that need to ship internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii.  

Our policy of not charging sales tax only applies to U.S. orders. International orders may face applicable local and international taxes.

Our mattresses are made only after you order. This means they will not leave the production facility until 3-4 business days after you place your order. 

Returns:

In conjunction with our suppliers and shipping partners, we will warranty our memory foam mattresses for a period of 7 (seven) years. If you receive a mattress that is the wrong size, of unacceptably low quality or that was damaged in shipment, we will work diligently with our suppliers and shippers to correct the damge/error. 

Select-A-Size, Cut Corner or otherwise custom beds are not eligible for the 30 night sleep guarantee.

30-night in-home trial is only applicable to memory foam mattresses. Airbeds and air mattresses are not eligible for guarantee or return. The AIr Dream is not eligible for the 120 night guarentee.

Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made immediately after placing the order. If a cancellation request is not received within 24 hours of the time the order was placed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

Custom orders, once placed, have a 24 hour cancellation window, after that time the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.
